Terri Foote is the Director, Program Management and Supply Chain, of Gates Biomanufacturing Facility (GBF). She has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and has held various leadership positions in supply chain, CDMO program management, operations, sales and business development, and engineering

Before taking on her leadership role at GBF, Terri was the Vice President of Technical and Business Operations at Tolmar, Inc., a pharmaceutical company with a legacy and pipeline in extended-release dosage forms commonly used in oncology and urology.

She was also the former head of Global Manufacturing Supply Chain for Sandoz, the generic division of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Inc. where she was responsible for establishing harmonized global supply chain organizations, processes, and performance across 25 internal manufacturing sites, 10 global 3^rd party suppliers, and 65 different Sandoz/Novartis country sales and marketing organizations.

Terri is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 10 years of experience in project and program management, including multiple Phase 1 and software implementation projects. She is a certified executive coach, leadership trainer, and speaker.

Terri earned her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Nebraska and an Executive M.B.A. from University of Colorado.
